Your information security is important to us. Qikr AI shares information with trusted vendors in order to provide its services. Information is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is kept confidential. Our partnered vendors will only have access to the information they need to continue to provide Qikr AI’s services. 

AWS (Amazon Web Services): We use AWS to power Qikr. Personal information (names, email addresses, passwords) is managed via AWS Cognito for secure account registration and management. Usage information and user-provided information (AI conversation history, uploaded files) are stored in AWS S3 and DynamoDB. These services allow us to organize users by school, generate teacher insights, maintain the security of the platform, and more. AI-powered learning tools and assistants are powered by Anthropic Claude, which is provided to us through AWS Bedrock. AWS and Qikr do not use personal information contained in inputs, prompts, or outputs submitted by any users to train AI models. Students’ personal information given to Qikr is never disclosed for the purpose of training artificial intelligence. 

Google: Google provides Google Gemini as part of the LLM service that enhances conversation with Qikr AI’s assistants. Google does not receive or store information that students share in conversation, and their data is not used to train their AI models.
